摘  要:利用熔融法制备了CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)系微晶玻璃,探索氧化镉的不同添加量对玻璃析晶以及机械性能的影响。随着CdO的加入,微晶玻璃的密度不断增加达到2.94 g/cm^(3),而抗折强度、维氏硬度先增加后减小,当CdO的添加量为2.2 wt%时,抗折强度和维氏硬度达到最大值,分别为138 MPa和20.07 GPa。镉的浸出浓度最高为0.036 mg/L低于危险废物最高浸出浓度。结果表明,添加适量的CdO能够促进玻璃析晶并且提高微晶玻璃的机械性能,同时微晶玻璃也能够有效稳定有毒重金属。In this paper,CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) glass-ceramics were prepared by melting method,and the effects of different amounts of cadmium oxide on glass crystallization and mechanical properties were explored.With the addition of CdO,the density of glass-ceramic increased to 2.94 g/cm^(3),while flexural strength and Vickers hardness first increased and then decreased,when the amount of CdO added was 2.2 wt%,flexural strength and Vickers hardness reached a maximum value,138 MPa and 20.07 GPa,respectively.The maximum leaching concentration of cadmium was 0.036 mg/L,which was lower than the maximum leaching concentration of hazardous waste.The results show that the addition of an appropriate amount of CdO can promote glass crystallization and improve the mechanical properties of glass-ceramic,and glass-ceramic can also effectively stabilize toxic heavy metals.
