摘 要:为促进节能减排,实现双碳目标,固废资源化利用已成为当下热点问题。研究以花岗岩锯泥为原料,氧化铁为发泡剂,采用粉末烧结法制备发泡陶瓷,探究了氧化铁掺量及烧结温度对发泡陶瓷孔结构及物理性能的影响。结果表明,Fe_(2)O_(3)可提供发泡气体,同时Fe_(2)O_(3)在高温下引入的铁元素以Fe^(2+)离子和Fe^(3+)离子存在,起到不同作用。当掺量为5 wt%~15 wt%时,Fe^(2+)离子破坏Si—O键,降低熔体黏度,促进气孔长大;当掺量为20 wt%,熔体中Fe^(3+)/Fe^(2+)比例上升,Fe^(3+)离子起到补网作用,提高熔体黏度,抑制发泡。当氧化铁掺量为15 wt%,烧结温度为1220℃时,制备的发泡陶瓷孔结构均匀,综合性能最佳,总孔隙率为67.63%,体积密度为712.56 kg/m^(3),抗压强度为3.56 MPa,吸水率为0.91%。To promote energy conservation and emission reduction and achieve the goal of“double carbon,”the resource utilization of solid waste has become a hot issue nowadays.In this study,granite scrap was used as a raw material,and iron oxide was used as a foaming agent to prepare foamed ceramics by the powder sintering method.The effects of Fe_(2)O_(3) content and sintering temperature on the pore structure and physical properties of foamed ceramics were investigated.The results show that Fe_(2)O_(3) can provide foaming gas,while the iron element introduced by Fe_(2)O_(3) at high temperatures exists as Fe^(2+)and Fe^(3+)ions,playing different roles.When the doping content is 5 wt%~15 wt%,Fe^(2+)ions destroy the Si—O bond,reduce the melt viscosity,and promote the growth of pores.When the doping content is 20 wt%,the ratio of Fe^(3+)/Fe^(2+)in the melt increases,and Fe^(3+)ions play a role in mesh reinforcement,increasing the melt viscosity and inhibiting the foaming.When the Fe_(2)O_(3) content is 15 wt%and the sintering temperature is 1220℃,the foamed ceramic has a uniform pore structure and the best comprehensive performance,with a total porosity of 67.63%,a bulk density of 712.56 kg/m^(3),a compressive strength of 3.56 MPa,and a water absorption rate of 0.91%.
