摘 要:通过改变梭式窑的燃烧系统,提出一种改进型梭式窑结构,改进型梭式窑燃烧系统布置于窑炉两侧。分别对改进型梭式窑和传统梭式窑进行建模并结合燃烧模型进行仿真模拟,对比分析了改进型梭式窑与传统梭式窑内部温度、速度及CO分布情况。结果表明,传统梭式窑受火焰影响在窑顶形成高温区域,造成窑内上下温差大,而改进型梭式窑窑顶无局部高温区域,极大缩小了窑内上下温差,改进型梭式窑内部温度均匀性和窑内还原气氛均优于传统梭式窑,更有利于产品的烧制,为改进梭式窑结构提供了理论基础。By modifying the combustion system of the shuttle kiln,an improved structure for a shuttle kiln was proposed,with the combustion system of the improved shuttle kiln arranged on both sides of the kiln.Numerical simulations were conducted by modeling both the improved shuttle kiln and the traditional one,combined with a combustion model.A comparative analysis of the internal temperature,velocity,and CO distribution inside the two kilns was performed.The results indicate that the traditional shuttle kiln forms a high-temperature region at the top due to flame influence,resulting in a significant temperature gradient between the top and bottom of the kiln.In contrast,the modified shuttle kiln shows no localized hightemperature region at the top,which significantly reduces the temperature gradient inside the kiln.The uniformity of internal temperature and the reducing atmosphere in the modified shuttle kiln are superior to those in the traditional shuttle kiln.This improvement is more favorable for product firing and provides a theoretical foundation for the structural improvement of shuttle kilns.
