摘 要:本文基于2011—2019年全国农村固定观察点追踪数据及中国县域统计年鉴数据,运用多时点DID模型,实证研究了“电子商务进农村综合示范”政策对农村家庭非农就业的影响。研究发现,该政策能促进农村家庭非农就业,为农村家庭在本地从事非农就业提供新机遇。机制分析表明,缩小数字鸿沟,扩大社会网络及促进非农产业集聚是该政策促进农村家庭非农就业的重要渠道。异质性分析表明,对于文化水平高、健康程度好、所在村庄经济发展水平较低或村庄内无企业的农村家庭而言,该政策对非农就业的促进作用更为显著.Based on data from fixed observation points of the ministry of agriculture and rural affairs in China and the data of China's county statistical Yearbook from 2011 to 2019,this paper empirically studies the impact of the"comprehensive dem-onstration of e-commerce into rural areas"policy on rural non-agricultural employment by using the staggered DID method.The study finds that the"comprehensive demonstration of e-commerce into rural areas"policy can promote non-farm employment of rural households,increase the number of employees in the second and third industries,and provide new opportunities for rural households to engage in non-farm employment locally.The mechanism analysis shows that narrowing the digital divide,expand-ing the social network and promoting the agglomeration of non-agricultural industries are important channels for the policy to promote non-agricultural employment of rural households.Heterogeneity analysis shows that for rural households with high edu-cation level,good health level,low economic development level in their village or no enterprises in their village,the policy has a more significant positive effect on non-agricultural employment.
