摘　　要：总结王强教授在临床上应用寒痉汤化裁治疗寒痹的经验。文章从寒痹的归属范围、病因病机、其对寒痹的诊疗经验、寒痉汤的方药分析等进行论述。寒痹是以肢体关节疼痛为主要临床表现的病症,且有“得温则痛减,得寒痛加重”的特性。王强教授认为引起寒痹的原因不外乎是内虚外寒,多是由机体感受寒邪,经脉闭塞不通所致,并提出了发汗驱寒是治疗本病的一大法则。王强教授另辟思路,运用寒痉汤化裁治疗寒痹,丰富了本病诊疗辨证经验,值得学习和借鉴。To summarise Professor Wang Qiang s clinical experience in treating cold paralysis by applying the formula of cold spasm decoction.From the scope of cold paralysis,etiology and pathogenesis,his experience in the treatment of cold paralysis,and the analysis of the prescription of Cold Spasm decoction are discussed.Cold paralysis is a disease with the main clinical manifestation of pain in the joints of the limbs,which is characterised by“pain decreases with warmth and increases with cold”.Professor Wang Qiang believes that the cause of cold paralysis is internal deficiency and external cold,which is mostly caused by the body feeling cold and the blockage of the meridians,and suggests that sweating and expelling the cold is a major rule in the treatment of this disease.Professor Wang Qiang s alternative approach to treating cold paralysis with the use of cold spasm decoction has enriched the experience of diagnosis and treatment of this disease,which is worthy of our study and reference.
