贾占清“安神调肝脾”法在回乳中的应用

摘　　要：回乳是哺乳后期女性都会经历的一段特殊生理时期,若回乳方式不当会为乳痈、乳发等疾病的产生埋下隐患。贾占清老先生是宁夏回族自治区名老中医,从事临床工作60余载,尤工女科,并且对女性各类乳房疾病的诊治方面有自己独到的见解和丰富的经验。文章总结贾占清以“安神调肝脾”诊治回乳的经验,并对乳汁分泌及调节的中医机理佐以探讨,以期为临床治疗回乳相关疾病提供新的诊疗思路。Creation is a special physiological period that women will experience in the later stages of breastfeeding.If the milk return method is improper,it will lays hidden dangers for the occurrence of dysentery and milk hair.Jia Zhanqing is a famous Chinese medicine medicine in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.He is engaged in clinical work for more than 60 years.He has his own unique insights and rich experience in the diagnosis and treatment of female breast diseases.This article summarizes the ideas of the diagnosis and treatment of“soothing the liver and spleen”in the return of Jia Zhanging,and discusses the Chinese medicine mechanism of milk secretion and adjustment,in order to provide new diagnosis and treatment ideas for clinical treatment of disease-recovery diseases.
