基于数据挖掘中医药治疗月经过少的用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的:基于数据挖掘方法探讨月经过少的中医组方用药特点。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普中文期刊服务平台(VIP)万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang Data)收录的中医药治疗月经过少的临床研究文献,筛选后将获得的方药录入Microsoft Excel 2020建立数据库,使用SPSS Statistics 26.0及SPSS Modeler18.0软件进行频次分析、药物功效、性味、归经、关联规则分析和聚类分析。结果:共纳入符合要求的文献248篇,中药处方282首,涉及中药154味,药物累计使用3305次。当归、熟地黄、菟丝子、川芎、白芍、香附、山药等22味药物为治疗月经过少高频用药。药物功效类别以补虚药、活血化瘀药为主,药性以温、平为主,药味以甘、辛为主,归经以肝经、肾经、脾经为主。高频药物关联规则分析得出12组药物组合,聚类分析得出3个新处方。结论:月经过少的治疗以调肝补肾健脾,活血化瘀药物为主。Objective To explore the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions with hypomenorrhea based on data mining.Methods Clinical research literatures with hypomenorrhea through TCM treatment collected from CNKI,VIP and Wanfang Data were searched,and the obtained prescriptions were input into Microsoft Excel 2020 to establish a database after screening.SPSS Statistics 26.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used for frequency analysis,drug efficacy,property and flavor,Meridian distribution,association rule analysis and cluster analys.Results A total of 248 literatures meeting the requirements and 282 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine were included,among which 154 kinds of TCM were involved,and the total use of drugs was 3305 times.22 drugs including angelica,cooked rehmannia,cuscuta seed,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Paeoniae Alba,rhizome cyperi,yam,and other drugs are high-frequency drugs for the treatment of hypomenorrhea.The drug effect is mainly to tonify defficiency of body,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.The drug property is mainly warm and mild,the drug flavor is mainly sweet and acrid and the meridian distribution are mainly from liver,kidney and spleen.12 drug combinations were obtained by high frequency drug association rule analysis,and 3 new prescriptions were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion The treatment of hypomenorrhea is mainly to regulate the liver,tonify the kidney,invigorate the spleen,promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis.
