清肺止嗽贴治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的观察清肺止嗽贴治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎(风热闭肺证)的疗效。方法将132例患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组各66例。基础治疗包括静滴阿奇霉素并根据患儿病情予退热平喘、止咳化痰等对症治疗,治疗组在此基础上联合清肺止嗽贴,对照组在基础治疗上加用清肺止嗽贴模拟剂。1周后评价两组的临床疗效、中医证候评分及实验室指标。结果两组患儿均完成相应治疗及随访评估,治疗组显愈率为77.27%,高于对照组的69.70%(P<0.05)。在日夜咳嗽积分、咳嗽总积分、咳嗽消失时间、中医证候总积分、主要证候积分、次要证候积分等方面治疗组均显著优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),两组的C反应蛋白(CRP)均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05)。结论清肺止嗽贴可显著改善肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的咳嗽症状和中医证候,缩短病程,安全性良好。Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Qingfei Zhisou Plaster in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP)with syndrome of wind-heat blocking lung in children.Methods:A total of 132 children with MPP were randomly divided into two groups,with 66 cases in each group.Basic treatment included intravenous azithromycin and symptomatic treatment such as reducing fever and asthma,relieving cough and resolving phlegm according to the condition of the child.On this basis,Qingfei Zhisou Plaster was used in the observation group and blank simulated plaster was used in the control group.After 1 week of treatment,the clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were evaluated.Results:Both groups completed treatment and the fllow-up.The recovery rate of the treatment group was 77.27%,which was higher than 69.70%of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in terms of day and night cough score,total cough score,cough disappearance time,TCM pattern score,major pattern score,and secondary pattern score(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The CRP of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingfei Zhisou Plaster has obvious effects in the children with MPP.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome,shorten the course of the disease and has good safety.
