摘　　要：目的探讨9S精益化管理在医疗机构毒麻药品管理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年6月横州市人民医院药剂科的6名工作人员为研究对象,研究期间人员无变动,2022年1—6月(对照组)采取常规毒麻药品管理,2023年1—6月(观察组)采取9S精益化管理。对比两组医务人员对管理工作的满意度、药品差错发生情况以及药品管理相关指标。结果观察组满意度为100.00%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各种药品差错发生情况均少于对照组,药品配置、取药、发放时长短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论9S精益化管理在医疗机构毒麻药品管理中应用效果显著,可提高医务人员对管理工作的满意度,减少失误情况,缩短药品配置、取药、发放时长。Objective To explore the application effect of 9S lean management in the management of toxic and anesthetic drugs in medical institutions.Methods 6 staff members in the Pharmacy Department of Hengzhou People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and no change in personnel during the study period.From January to June 2022(control group)conventional poison and narcotic drug management was adopted,from January to June 2023(observation group)9S lean management was adopted.The two groups of medical staff's satisfaction with the management work,the occurrence of drug errors and the related indicators of drug management were compared.Results The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The occurrence of drug errors in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the time of drug configuration,drug collection and distribution were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 9S lean management in the management of toxic and anesthetic drugs in medical institutions has significant effects.It can improve the satisfaction of medical staff to the management work,reduce the incidence of mistakes,and shorten the duration of drug allocation,drug taking and distribution.
