摘　　要：PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act)循环是一种持续改进的管理方法,被广泛应用于各个领域,包括药剂科精神药品管理。在药剂科精神药品管理中,PDCA循环被用于提高药物管理的效率和质量。本文将介绍PDCA循环在药剂科精神药品管理中的应用进展。The PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Act)cycle is a continuous improvement management method that is widely used in various fields,including the management of psychotropic drugs in pharmaceutical departments.The PDCA cycle is used to improve the efficiency and quality of drug administration in the management of psychotropic drugs.This paper will introduce the application progress of PDCA cycle in the management of psychotropic drugs in pharmaceutical department.
