摘 要:新时代课程思政建设是推进高校中华优秀传统文化教育立德树人的教育行动。在课程思政背景下,如何实现中华优秀传统文化与传统养生体育课程的深度融合,成为传统养生体育课程建设与教学改革面临的重大课题。研究认为,当前课程内容编排碎片化,育人主题零散糅杂;课程教学形态分化,教学范式创新滞后是二者进一步融合发展瓶颈的实然表征。为此,文章提出明确教育内涵定位,构建结构化课程内容体系;强化育人整合融通,推进教学范式转型的路径。The construction of courses with ideological-political elements is a strategic action to promote the establishment of moral education in the education of Chinese traditional culture in the university.Under the background of courses with ideological-political elements,how to achieve the deep integration of Chinese excellent traditional culture and traditional health P.E.course has become a major issue facing the construction and teaching reform of the course.The study concludes that the current bottlenecks in the further integration of the two are the fragmentation of the curriculum content,the lack of clarity in the theme of parenting,the separation of the P.E.dagogical form of the course,and the lagging behind of innovation in teaching and learning paradigms.Therefore,the study proposes that the path of countermeasures is to clarify the connotation of education and build a structured curriculum content system;to strengthen the integration and fusion of nurturing and to promote the transformation of the teaching paradigm.
