摘　　要：当今世界,能源安全是一个全球性的问题,世界各国无一不将国家能源安全问题提高到国家发展战略的高度去审视。中国作为世界上最大的能源消费国,在全球能源需求增加和能源竞争加剧的背景下,能源安全问题面临诸多挑战。深入分析我国能源安全面临的形势和深化中俄远东能源合作的可行性,提出企业对接路径、产业链路径、技术路径、投资路径、绿色发展路径、北极开发路径等合作策略以及建立完善中俄能源合作价格机制、法律机制、金融体系,巩固国内资源的基础保障作用,提升能源应急储备能力、能源科技创新能力,培养专业人才,在上合组织框架内加强能源合作,努力提升石油定价话语权等思考和建议。In the world today,energy security is a global problem.Countries all over the world pay attention to the national energy security problem and consider it as a national development strategy.As the largest energy consumer in the world,China faces many challenges in energy security against the backdrop of increasing global energy demand and intensifying energy competition.Through this paper,the situation of energy security faced by China and the feasibility of deepening China-Russia Far East cooperation in the energy sector were deeply analyzed.The collaborative strategies,including enterprise connecting path,industrial chain path,technology path,investment path,green development path,Arctic development path,were put forward.The price mechanism,legal mechanism,and financial system for the China-Russia energy cooperation were established and improved,to consolidate the role of domestic resources as basic guarantee,enhance the energy contingent reserve capability and technological innovation capability on energy,cultivate professional talents,strengthen energy cooperation within the framework of Shanghai Cooperation Organization,and strive to promote the voice in oil pricing and other considerations and suggestions.
