摘　　要：家政服务行业是朝阳行业,对发展经济和保障民生具有重要作用。当前家政服务行业存在高质量人才供给不足、管理水平较低、合法权益保障难、培训力度较弱、诚信道德需提高等问题。从持续提升家政服务员素质,提高企业内部管理水平,保障家政服务员合法权益、畅通职业发展路径,培养家政服务员诚信意识入手,来促进家政服务行业稳步发展,满足人民群众日益增长的家政服务需求。Domestic service industry is a sunrise industry,which plays an important role in the development of economy and protection of people's livelihood.At present,there are problems such as insufficient supply of high-quality talents,low management level,difficulties to protect legal rights and interests,weak training,and the need to improve integrity and morality in the domestic service industry.This paper proposes to promote the steady development of the domestic service industry by continuously improving the quality of domestic helpers,upgrading the internal management level of enterprises,safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of domestic helpers,unimpeded career development paths,and cultivating the sense of integrity of domestic helpers,so as to satisfy the growing demand for domestic service among the people.
