摘 要:利用氧化石墨烯复合纳米零价铁(纳米Fe^(0)/GO)强化农业废弃物秸秆厌氧生物发酵产氢,并结合体系微生物生长代谢环境以及发酵菌群揭示了纳米Fe^(0)/GO介导的农业废弃物生物产氢调控规律。结果表明纳米Fe^(0)/GO能有效稳定体系pH,并降低体系氧化还原电位(ORP),改善了厌氧发酵菌群的生长代谢环境。除此之外,纳米Fe^(0)/GO的加入还促使体系形成了更加稳定的水解发酵菌群和产氢发酵菌落,提高了玉米秸秆的降解速率,改善了体系的产氢效率。本研究为农业废弃物的绿色处理及资源化提供了应用参数和科学依据。This study investigates the enhancement of hydrogen production through anaerobic bioreactor fermentation of agricultural waste straw using graphene oxide-coated nanoscale zero-valent iron(nZVI/GO).The study reveals the regulatory patterns of nZVI/GO-mediated biohydrogen production in relation to the microbial growth and metabolic environment of the system.The results demonstrate that nZVI/GO effectively stabilizes the pH of the system,reduces the oxidation-reduction potential(ORP),and improves the growth and metabolic environment of the anaerobic fermentation microbial community.Additionally,the addition of nZVI/GO promotes the formation of a more stable hydrolytic fermentation microbial community and a hydrogenproducing fermentation microbiota,leading to enhanced degradation of corn straw and improved hydrogen production efficiency.This research offers valuable application parameters and scientific evidence supporting the environmentally friendly treatment and resource utilization of agricultural waste.
