摘  要:文章以三相永磁同步电机为研究对象,对故障程度最严重的相间短路进行电磁振动分析,为相间故障诊断及保护提供理论参考。首先,在Maxwell软件中建立三相永磁同步电机正常工况、两相短路及三相短路三种状态下的电磁模型,并分析了额定转速下径向气隙磁密与径向电磁力。其次,利用Maxwell与Workbench联合仿真平台,将定子冲片齿部电磁力耦合至电机三维模型,以求解电机机座表面径向振动加速度频谱。仿真结果表明:相间短路下径向磁密、径向电磁力及电机表面径向电磁振动均有明显的变化特征。最后,通过试验验证了仿真模型的准确性。The article focuses on three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motors(PMSMs)as an research object and analyzes the electromagnetic vibration under the most severe fault condition of the inter-phase short-circuit,to provide a theoretical reference for fault diagnosis and protection.Firstly,electromagnetic models for three-phase PMSMs under the normal operation,two-phase short-circuit and three-phase short-circuit conditions are established respectively in the Maxwell software,and then,the radial air gap magnetic density and radial electromagnetic force at rated speed are analyzed.Secondly,by using the combined simulation platform of Maxwell and Workbench,the electromagnetic force at the stator tooth is coupled to the three-dimensional model of the motor,so as to solve the radial vibration acceleration spectrum of the motor frame surface.The simulation results show that there are significant changes in radial magnetic density,radial electromagnetic force,and radial electromagnetic vibration on the motor surface under the inter-phase short-circuit conditions.Finally,the accuracy of the simulation model is verified through experiments.
