摘　　要：电机转子铸铝工序主要包括冲片叠压、压力铸铝和铸铝转子转轴热套等。文章针对实际生产时遇到的问题,通过工艺工装的设计与改进,逐步提高了工作效率、提升了产品质量,同时降低了劳动强度。The aluminum casting process of the motor rotor mainly includes stamping,pressure casting aluminum and hot sleeve of cast aluminum rotor shaft.Aiming at the problems encountered in actual production,the paper introduces that the work efficiency is gradually improved,product quality is improved and labor intensity is reduced by means of the design and improvement of the process tooling.
