摘　　要：汽车轮胎花纹深度检验台已逐步替代传统的汽车轮胎花纹深度尺,被广泛用于汽车安全技术检验中。它可同时测量轮胎花纹深度、同轴轮距和轮胎宽度等,节省了测量时间,降低了人为测量误差。本文根据其工作原理,提出了对轮胎花纹深度、同轴轮距和轮胎宽度的校准方法,为在检验检测行业的使用提供了参考。Automobile tire pattern depth tester has gradually replaced the traditional automobile tire pattern depth gauge,and is widely used in automobile safety technology inspection.It can measure the tire pattern depth,coaxial wheel base and tire width at the same time,which saves the measurement time and reduces the human measurement error.According to its working principle,the calibration method of tire pattern depth,coaxial wheel base and tire width is proposed in this paper,which provides a reference for the application in inspection and testing industry.
