压实沥青混合料密度试验器校准方法的研究

摘　　要：为满足压实沥青混合料密度试验器量值溯源需求,本文依据相关计量技术规范,对该试验器的结构进行分析,提出温度偏差、温度均匀度、温度波动度、称量示值误差、称量重复性的校准方案,从而确定校准时所需的测量标准、校准方法,并对校准结果进行不确定度评定。In order to meet the requirement of quantity value traceability of compact asphalt mixture density tester, this paper proposes calibration schemes for temperature deviation, temperature uniformity, temperature fluctuation, weighing indication error and weighing repeatability by analyzing the structure of the tester according to relevant measurement technical specifications, thus determining the measurement standards and calibration methods required for calibration.The uncertainty of calibration results is evaluated.
