摘　　要：针对二氧化碳培养箱的校准检测需多台设备配合使用、不能同时自动采集数据、集成度较低等问题,本文设计了一种全参数自动巡检仪。通过对各个参数的校准方法和校准规范进行分析,确定了校准测量标准,介绍了设计的巡检仪的工作原理,并分别进行试制、电测实验和误差分析。结果表明:该巡检仪满足校准规范要求。Aiming at the problems that the calibration and detection of carbon dioxide incubator requires the use of multiple equipment,can not automatically collect data at the same time,and the integration is low,a full-parameter automatic inspection instrument is designed in this paper.Through analyzing the calibration method and calibration specification of each parameter,the calibration measurement standard is determined,the working principle of the designed inspection instrument is introduced,and the trial production,electrical test and error analysis are carried out respectively.The results show that the inspection instrument meets the requirements of calibration specification.
