摘  要:核反应堆工程热工试验测量仪表是为保障系统正常运行提供数据的基础。为了实现对其管理的信息化、规范化与高效化,本文基于单位数字化转型实践经验,提出基于大数据应用的该测量仪表全生命周期管理平台,并对各支撑平台与相关技术进行研究。实验证明:该平台可实现仪表的全寿期数据采集、存储和分析,具备寿命预测、健康管理等拓展功能,且对管理系统升级改进、指导测量仪表管理数字化转型具有重要意义。The thermal test instrument of nuclear reactor engineering is the basis of providing data to ensure the normal operation of the system.In order to realize the informatization, standardization and high efficiency of its management, based on the practical experience of the digital transformation of the unit, this paper proposes the whole life cycle management platform of the measuring instrument based on the application of big data, and researches the supporting platforms and related technologies.Experiments show that the platform can realize the data collection, storage and analysis of the whole life of the instrument, and has extended functions such as life prediction and health management, which is of great significance for upgrading and improving the management system and guiding the digital transformation of measuring instrument management.
