疾病认同问卷汉化及在炎症性肠病患者中的信效度检验研究

摘　　要：目的汉化疾病认同问卷(ⅡQ),并检验其信效度。方法按照Brislin模型对英文版IIQ进行翻译和回译,经文化调适及预调查后,确定中文版IIQ的条目。采用便利抽样法,选取2022年9月—2023年3月在南京医科大学第一附属医院就诊的368例炎症性肠病患者进行问卷调查,以评价问卷的信效度。结果中文版ⅡQ包含4个维度,24个条目。经探索性因子分析提取4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为64.025%;验证性因子分析显示,修正模型各拟合指标处于可接受范围内。中文版ⅡQ中排斥、接受、吞没和充实4个维度的Cronbach's α系数分别为0.780、0.800、0.921、0.917,折半信度系数分别为0.824、0.818.0.943、0.929,重测信度系数分别为0.695、0.667、0.725、0.572。结论中文版ⅡQ具有良好的信效度,可用于慢性病患者疾病认同的评估。Objective To translate the Illness Identity Questionnaire(IIQ)into Chinese and test its reliability and validity.Methods The English version of IIQ was translated into Chinese and back-translated according to the Brislin model.The item of the Chinese version was determined after cross-cultural adaptation and pre-experiment.A total of 368 patients with IBD treated in the First Affiliated Hospital with Nanjing Medical University from September 2022 to March 2023 were selected for a questionnaire survey to evaluate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Results The Chinese version of IIQ contained 24 items in four dimensions.Four common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 64.025%.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that each fitting index of the modified model was within the acceptable range.The Cronbach's α coefficients of rejection,acceptance,engulfing,and enrichment in Chinese IQ were respectively 0.780,0.800,0.921,and 0.917.The split-half reliability coefficients were 0.824,0.818,0.943,and 0.929;the retest reliability coefficients were 0.695,0.667,0.725,and 0.572,respectively.Conclusions The Chinese version of IIQ is reliable and valid and can be used to assess illness identity in patients with chronic diseases.
