摘　　要：农业是国民经济发展及社会稳定的基础。拓展农业多功能性对于推动农业高质量发展,助力乡村振兴和农业农村现代化意义重大。以新质生产力拓展农业多功能性,不仅需要基于对农业及其多功能性的理解,明确农业多功能性发挥所面临的关键挑战,提出新质生产力的主要发力方向,还需要围绕劳动者、生产资料和劳动对象三大要素的培育需求,完善法律法规,提高对农业多功能性的认识,构建多利益方公平参与和多渠道协同融资的激励机制。Agriculture is the foundation of national economic development and social stability.Expanding the multi-functionality of agriculture is of great significance for promoting high-quality agricultural development,assisting rural revitalization,and modernizing agriculture and rural areas.Expanding the multi-functionality of agriculture with new quality productive forces not only requires understanding agriculture and its multi-functionality,clarifying the key challenges faced by the multi-functionality of agriculture,and proposing the main directions for the development of new quality productive forces,but also needs to focus on the cultivation needs of the three major elements of labor,means of production,and labor objects,improve laws and regulations,enhance understanding of agricultural multi-functionality,and build an incentive mechanism for fair participation of multiple stakeholders and multi-channel collaborativefinancing.
