摘　　要：疮疡是中医外科最常见的体表化脓性疾病,灸法治疗疮疡疾病是“热证可灸”理论在临床应用中的典型体现,其记载源远流长,适当的施灸方法有利于促进疮疡消散和愈合。本文通过探析相关古代文献及现代研究,从引热外出、引热下行、拔毒通经、祛痰散火、生阳长阴等方面分析“热证可灸”在疮疡中应用的理论依据。Sore is the most common suppurative disease in the scope of traditional Chinese medicine surgery.Moxibustion treatment of sores is a typical embodiment of the theory of"moxibustion can be used for heat syndrome"in clinical application.Its records have a long history,and appropriate moxibustion methods are conducive to promoting the dissipation and healing of sores.Through the analysis of relevant ancient literature and modern research,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis of moxibustion in the treatment of sore diseases under the guidance of"moxibustion can be used for heat syndrome",diverting heat out,removing poison,removing phlegm and dispersing fire,producing Yang and long Yin.
