体育型工业遗存建筑改造策略研究

摘　　要：在城市更新上升为国家战略的背景下,为推动我国城市存量更新,满足人民对高质量生活的要求。本文以体育功能置入工业遗存的改造为研究对象,探讨体育型工业遗存建筑改造的可行性,梳理不同规模的改造模式及特征。并通过调查研究,围绕建筑体量优化、结构优化、体育功能的匹配、空间限定方式优化及立面优化五大方面提出改造策略,以期丰富体育型工业遗存建筑改造的理论研究,实现工业遗存的当代价值。The rising of urban renewal as a national strategy can promote the renewal of urban stock in China so as to meet people's requirements for high quality of life.This research takes the transformation of sports function into industrial remains as object,discusses the transformation feasibility of sports industrial remains,and sort out the transformation modes and characteristics of different scales.Through investigation and research,the transformation strategies are put forward around the five aspects,including building volume optimization,structure optimization,sports function matching,space limitation mode optimization and facade optimization,in order to enrich the theoretical research on the transformation of sports industrial remains and realize their contemporary value.
