摘 要:随着我国机动车保有量的不断增加,城市及居住区停车用地资源变得日益紧张,老城区早期商品房小区设计之初未设置地下停车场,且原有停车位配比又难以满足居民当下的使用需求。本文通过对合肥市瑶海区部分早期商品房小区的实地调研,总结出此类小区停车空间的现状问题,并分析其产生的原因。在此基础之上,提出空间挖潜、动线梳理、周边增设、分时分区停车方式四个层面的改造设计要素及策略,进而促进人车和谐共处,以及城市的可持续发展。With the continuous increase of the number of motor vehicles in China,the parking land resources in urban and residential areas have become increasingly tight.At the beginning of the design of early commercial housing communities in old urban areas,underground parking lots were not set up,and the ratio of original parking spaces is difficult to meet the current resident needs.Based on the field investigation of several early commercial housing communities in Yaohai District,Hefei City,this paper summarizes the current situation of parking space in such communities,and analyzes the causes of parking problems.On this basis,the paper puts forward the design elements and renovation strategies of space exploration,moving line combing,peripheral addition,time-sharing and zoning parking mode,so as to promote the harmonious coexistence of people and vehicles,and upgrade the sustainable development of the city.
