铁山港码头岸桥机轨道改造工程基础施工效率提升措施

摘　　要：随着当代科学技术的不断进步,新技术、新设备推陈出新,加速了老旧设备的淘汰,北部湾区域港口码头在不断扩大建设的同时,随着新型码头专用设备的不断投入使用,已建设的码头陆上配套设施需要不断的更新改造来适应新型设备的运行。铁山港码头原有吊装设备为旧式门机,为适应新型码头吊装门机运行,码头管理部门规划在码头原有轨道后侧新建一条轨道梁及轨道。铁山港码头临海陆域工程地质情况简单,主要由吹填或陆地弃土填筑形成,地层成分主要为填土、砂层等,其地面高程低,地下水位高,地下水与海面持平,地下水位受潮水涨退影响较大。铁山港码头后方陆域岸桥轨道改造工程施工过程中地下水的合理科学处理与应对,是该工程施工的重点与难点,亦是该工程能否盈利的关键。With the continuous progress of contemporary science and technology,new technologies and equipment are being introduced,accelerating the elimination of old equipment.While the construction of ports and terminals in the Beibu Gulf region continues to expand,the onshore supporting facilities of the constructed terminals need to be constantly updated and transformed to adapt to the operation of new equipment.The original lifting equipment at Tieshangang Port was an old type gantry crane.In order to adapt to the operation of the new type of gantry crane at the port,the port management department plans to build a new track beam and track behind the original track at the port.The geological conditions of the Tieshangang Port coastal land area engineering are simple,mainly formed by hydraulic fill or land abandoned soil filling.The geological composition is mainly filled soil,sand layers,etc.The ground elevation is low,the groundwater level is high,and the groundwater level is level with the sea surface.The groundwater level is greatly affected by the rise and fall of tides.The reasonable and scientific treatment and response of groundwater during the construction process of the land area shore bridge track renovation project behind the Tieshan Port wharf is the key and difficult point of the project construction,as well as the key to whether the project can be profitable.
