摘 要:目的 分析发热门诊实施多元化健康教育对女性甲型流感患者遵医行为的影响。方法 选取2023年1月至8月于济宁医学院附属医院发热门诊就诊的112例女性甲型流感患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各56例。对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组采用多元化健康教育,比较两组疾病认知评分及遵医行为。结果 观察组各项疾病认知评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总依从率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 多元化健康教育可提高发热门诊女性甲型流感患者的疾病认知和遵医行为,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the effect of diversified health education in fever clinic on compliance behavior of female patients with influenza A.Methods A total of 112 female influenza A patients treated in the Fever Clinic of Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical University from January to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group received conventional health education,and the observation group received diversified health education.Disease cognition score and compliance behavior were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of disease cognition in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified health education can improve the disease cognition and compliance behavior of female influenza A patients in fever clinic,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
