摘 要:目的分析110例细菌性腹泻患儿粪便标本病原微生物检测结果及耐药情况。方法选取2021年1月至2023年6月平度市人民医院收治的110例细菌性腹泻患儿,均进行粪便微生物检验,分析病原菌检测结果及病原菌耐药情况。结果110例细菌性腹泻患儿的粪便标本中,共分离出病原菌99株,其中志贺菌属占比最高(46.46%),其次为弧菌属(31.31%)、气单胞菌(10.10%)。药敏试验显示,各菌属主要对氨苄西林耐药。志贺菌属对氨苄西林的耐药率最高,其次为头孢哌酮、头孢噻肟、阿莫西林、头孢三嗪。结论110例细菌性腹泻患儿粪便标本中,志贺菌为主要致病菌,各菌属主要对氨苄西林耐药,临床应根据致病菌类型及耐药情况制订治疗方案。Objective To analyze the pathogen microorganism detection results and drug resistance in stool samples of 110 children with bacterial diarrhea.Methods A total of 110 children with bacterial diarrhea treated in Pingdu People’s Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected for fecal microbiological examination,and the detection results of pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria were analyzed.Results A total of 99 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the stool samples of 110 children with bacterial diarrhea,of which Shigella accounted for the highest proportion(46.46%),followed by Vibrio(31.31%)and Aeromonas(10.10%).Drug susceptibility test showed that all strains were mainly resistant to Ampicillin.The resistance rate of Shigella to Ampicillin was the highest,followed by Cefoperazone,Cefotaxime,Amoxicillin,and Ceftriaxone Sodium.Conclusion Among the 110 fecal samples of children with bacterial diarrhea,Shigella is the main pathogenic bacteria,and all bacteria are mainly resistant to Ampicillin.Clinical treatment should be made according to the types of pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance.
