摘　　要：目的观察超声引导下甲氨蝶呤局部注射联合米非司酮治疗未破裂型输卵管妊娠的临床效果。方法选取2022年9月至2023年12月内蒙古科技大学包头医学院第一附属医院收治的60例未破裂型输卵管妊娠患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组采用口服米非司酮治疗,观察组采用超声引导下向未破裂输卵管妊娠囊内注射甲氨蝶呤+口服米非司酮治疗。比较两组β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平、治疗总有效率及不良反应总发生率。结果观察组治疗后3、6d的β-HCG水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的30.00%(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下甲氨蝶呤局部注射联合米非司酮治疗未破裂型输卵管妊娠的临床效果显著,能够促进β-HCG水平的恢复,减少不良反应,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided Methotrexate local injection combined with Mifepristone in the treatment of unruptured tubal pregnancy.Methods Sixty patients with unruptured tubal pregnancy admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College,Inner Mongolia University of Science&Technology from September 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Mifepristone,while the observation group was treated with ultrasound-guided injection of Methotrexate into the gestation sac of unruptured tubal pregnancy+oral Mifepristone.The level ofβ-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),total effective rate,and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The level ofβ-HCG in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 3 and 6 days after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 30.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided Methotrexate local injection combined with Mifepristone treating unruptured tubal pregnancy has significant application effect,which can promote the recovery ofβ-HCG level,reduce adverse reactions,and is worth promoting.
