摘　　要：目的观察分段式围手术期健康教育在妇科患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年10月至2023年3月江苏大学附属昆山市第一人民医院妇科拟行择期手术的64例患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组(n=32)与对照组(n=32)。对照组给予常规围手术期健康教育,试验组给予分段式围手术期健康教育,比较两组焦虑评分、术后疼痛评分、满意度、住院时间、总依从率。结果试验组焦虑评分、术后疼痛评分低于对照组,满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分段式围手术期健康教育在妇科患者中的应用效果显著,可缓解焦虑,减轻术后疼痛,提高依从性和满意度,值得推广。Objective To observe the application effect of segmented perioperative health education in gynecological patients.Methods A total of 64 patients who were scheduled for elective surgery in the First People’s Hospital of Kunshan Affiliated to Jiangsu University from October 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into experimental group(n=32)and control group(n=32)by the random number table method.The control group was given routine perioperative health education,and the experimental group was given segmented perioperative health education.The anxiety score,postoperative pain score,satisfaction,length of hospitalization,and total compliance rate were compared between the two groups.Results The anxiety score and postoperative pain score in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the length of hospitalization between the two groups(P>0.05).The total compliance rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Segmented perioperative health education in gynecological patients has significant application effect,which can relieve anxiety,reduce postoperative pain,improve compliance and satisfaction,and is worth promoting.
