摘  要:石墨炉原子吸收法(GFAA)测定土壤样品中Tl元素主要受到Cl^(-)的干扰。为了更准确地测定土壤样品中Tl元素含量,本文探究了几种常见的基体改进剂(硝酸铵、硝酸钯、硝酸镁、磷酸二氢铵、抗坏血酸)对测定含Cl的Tl标准溶液的吸收曲线,得出不同基体改进剂的作用效果。以土壤样品为研究对象,优化了应用硝酸钯-抗坏血酸测定Tl元素时的添加量。实验结果表明:Cl^(-)的存在会对Tl的测定产生负干扰,添加浓度为20%的硝酸钯-抗坏血酸(0.02%~3%)复合基体改进剂对Cl^(-)干扰表现出较好的抑制效果。在该实验条件下测定土壤有证标准物质中Tl的浓度,测定结果均在标准值范围内,6次平行测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)范围为2.8%~9.2%,显示出良好的精密度和准确度。The determination of thallium in soil samples by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAA)was mainly disturbed by chloride ions.In order to accurately determine the content of thallium in soil samples,the absorption curves of several common matrix modifiers(NH_(4)NO_(3),Pd(NO_(3))_(2),Mg(NO_(3))_(2),NH_(4)H_(2)PO_(4),Ascorbic acid)to the standard solution for determination of thallium containing chlorine were investigated,and the effects of different matrix modifiers were obtained.Using soil samples as the reached object,the addition of Pd(NO_(3))_(2)-Ascorbic acid in the determination of thallium was optimized.The results showed that the presence of chloride ions will negatively interfere with the determination of thallium,and the addition of 20%Pd(NO_(3))_(2)-Ascorbic acid(0.02%~3%)composite matrix modifier showed a better inhibition effect on chloride ion interference.Under the experimental conditions,the concentration of thallium in soil certified reference materials was measured,and the results were all within the standard value range.The relative standard deviations(RSD)of 6 parallel measurements ranged from 2.8%to 9.2%,indicating that atomic absorption method had good precision and accuracy.
