摘　　要：目的构建科学、敏感的手术患者转运护理敏感指标体系,为手术患者转运提供质量评价依据。方法组建课题小组,确定函询专家,基于三维质量结构理论,采用德尔菲专家函询法经两轮函询确定手术患者转运护理敏感指标体系。结果两轮专家函询的专家积极系数分别为95.652%和100.000%,权威系数分别为0.880和0.893,Kendall's W分别为0.182~0.361、0.202~0.380,检验结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05),第2轮值的Kendall's W大于第1轮。结论构建的手术患者转运护理敏感指标体系有较高的可靠性,可为手术患者转运提供可靠的护理质量评价理论依据。Objective To construct a scientific and sensitive index system for the transfer nursing of surgical patients,and to provide quality evaluation basis for the transfer of surgical patients.Methods The subject group was set up,and the consultation experts were determined.Based on the three-dimensional quality structure theory,the Delphi expert consultation method was used to determine the sensitive index system of transfer nursing for surgical patients after two rounds of consultation.Results The expert positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 95.652% and 100.000%,the authority coefficients were 0.880 and 0.893,and the Kendall's W were 0.182-0.361 and 0.202-0.380,respectively,the test results were statistically significant(P<0.05),the Kendall's W of the second round was greater than that of the first round.Conclusion The sensitive index system of transfer nursing for patients with surgery has high reliability,which can provide a reliable theoretical basis for the evaluation of nursing quality for patients with surgery.
