药师病历点评与药物不良反应监测对临床合理使用麻精药品的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨联合使用药师病历点评与药物不良反应监测对促进麻精药品合理应用的价值。方法随机抽取东莞市横沥医院2022年1月至6月180份归档病历为对照组,2022年7月至12月180份归档病历为观察组。对照组采用常规病历管理,观察组在常规病历管理的基础上联合使用药师病历点评与药物不良反应监测。比较两组的麻精药品不合理使用情况以及患者住院满意度。结果观察组的麻精药品不合理使用总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的十分满意率和比较满意率高于对照组,比较不满意率和十分不满意率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论联合应用药师病历点评与药物不良反应监测,能保证麻精药品临床使用的合理性,从而提高治疗效果和患者满意度。Objective To explore the value of combined use of pharmacist medical record review and adverse drug reaction monitoring in promoting the rational use of anesthetic and psychotropic drugs.Methods A total of 180 archived medical records from January to June 2022 in Hengli Hospital of Dongguan were randomly selected as control group,and 180 archived medical records from July to December 2022 were selected as observation group.The control group was adopted with routine medical record management,and the observation group was adopted with pharmacist medical record review and adverse drug reaction monitoring on the basis of routine medical record management.The irrational use of anesthetic and psychotropic drugs and hospitalization satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of irrational use of anesthetic and psychotropic drugs in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The very satisfactory rate and comparative satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the comparative dissatisfaction rate and very dissatisfaction rate were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of pharmacist medical record review and adverse drug reaction monitoring can ensure the rationality of the clinical use of anesthetic and psychotropic drugs,so as to improve the treatment effect and patient satisfaction.
