新型点阵式CO_(2)激光治疗产后阴道松弛症患者的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察新型点阵式二氧化碳(CO_(2))激光治疗产后阴道松弛症患者的临床疗效。方法选取80例产后阴道松弛症患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,每组40例。两组持续4个月接受康复训练,治疗组予以新型点阵式CO_(2)激光治疗。比较两组临床疗效,分别随访3个月、6个月、12个月评估两组阴道松弛程度[阴道松弛度调查问卷(VLQ)]、性功能状况[改良版女性性功能指标量表(FSFI)]。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组VLQ评分、FSFI评分组间、时点、交互比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组随访各时点均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),两组治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗组随访各时点高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新型点阵式CO_(2)激光治疗产后阴道松弛症患者的疗效确切,能减轻患者阴道松弛程度,提高患者性功能状态。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of a new dot-matrix carbon dioxide(CO_(2))laser in the treatment of postpartum vaginal relaxation.Methods 80 patients with vaginal relaxation were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The two groups received rehabilitation training for 4 months,and the treatment group was treated with a new type of dot matrix CO_(2) laser.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the vaginal relaxation degree(VLQ)and sexual function status(Modified Female Sexual Function Index Scale(FSFI)f the two groups were evaluated after 3,6 and 12 months,respectively.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in VLQ score,FSFI score between groups,time points and interaction comparison between the two groups(P<0.05),and higher than before treatment at all time points in the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the follow-up at all time points in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the new dot-matrix CO_(2) Laser is effective in the treatment of postpartum flaccid syndrome,which can reduce the degree of vaginal flaccid and improve the sexual function of the patients.
