屈螺酮炔雌醇片在人工流产术后患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨在人工流产术后患者中使用屈螺酮炔雌醇片的临床应用价值。方法选取100例行人工流产术的患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,各50例。对照组采用产后逐瘀胶囊,研究组在对照组基础上采用屈螺酮炔雌醇片。比较两组阴道出血量、出血时间、月经恢复时间、子宫内膜厚度、并发症发生情况及性激素水平。结果研究组阴道出血量<月经量比率90.00%比对照组74.00%高,且出血时间≤7 d比率88.00%比对照组70.00%高(P<0.05)。研究组月经恢复时间>33 d比率2.00%比对照组16.00%低,且子宫内膜厚度≥1.0 cm比率92.00%比对照组74.00%高(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率6.00%比对照组22.00%低(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)水平上升,且研究组E_(2)、P水平比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论屈螺酮炔雌醇片能够有效减少人工流产术后患者的阴道出血量,对患者出血时间、月经恢复时间具有缩短作用,能够有效帮助患者快速修复子宫内膜,安全性较高,能有效提高血清性激素水平,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the clinical application value of drospiroone ethinylestradiol tablets after induced abortion.Methods 100 patients with induced abortion were selected and divided into study group and control group with 50 cases each according to random number table method.The control group was treated with postpartum Zhuyu capsule,and the study group was treated with drospirosterone ethinylestradiol tablets based on the control group.The amount of vaginal bleeding,bleeding time,menstrual recovery time,endometrial thickness,complications and sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of vaginal bleeding<menstrual volume 90.00%in the study group was higher than that in the control group 74.00%,and the rate of bleeding≤7 days was 88.00%higher than that in the control group 70.00%(P<0.05).The rate of menstrual recovery time>33 days in the study group was 2.00%lower than that in the control group,and the rate of endometrial thickness≥1.0 cm was 92.00%higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of 6.00%in the study group was lower than 22.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of estradiol(E_(2))and progesterone(P)increased in both groups,and the levels of E_(2) and P in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Drospirenone ethoestradiol tablets can effectively reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding in patients after induced abortion,shorten the bleeding time and menstrual recovery time of patients,effectively help patients with rapid reading repair endometrium,with high safety,and effectively improve the level of serum sex hormones.
