生化汤联合芬吗通预防人工流产术后宫腔粘连的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究生化汤联合芬吗通预防人工流产术后宫腔粘连(IUA)的临床疗效。方法选取86例人工流产术患者,根据随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各43例。对照组采取芬吗通治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合生化汤治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果试验组阴道出血时间短于对照组,子宫内膜厚度厚于对照组,术后月经恢复情况优于对照组,且IUA发生率(4.65%)低于对照组(25.58%),宫腔容积、血流参数情况及炎性水平均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生化汤联合芬吗通预防人工流产术后IUA效果显著,可有效缩短阴道出血时间,改善子宫内膜厚度及炎性反应,促进月经恢复正常,降低IUA发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shenghua decoction combined with femoston in preventing intrauterine adhesions(IUA)after induced abortion.Methods 86 induced abortion patients were selected and divided into experimental group and control group with 43 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with femoston,and the experimental group was treated with Shenghua decoction on the basis of control group.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The duration of vaginal bleeding in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,the endometrial thickness was thicker than that in the control group,the postoperative menstrual recovery was better than that in the control group,and the incidence of IUA(4.65%)was lower than that in the control group(25.58%),the endometrial volume,blood flow parameters and inflammatory level were better than that in the control group(P<0o.05).Conclusion Shenghua decoction combined with femoston can effectively shorten the time of vaginal bleeding,improve endometrial thickness and inflammatory response,promote normal menstruation and reduce the incidence of IUA,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
