妇炎平合剂联合桂红灌肠液治疗气虚血瘀型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨妇炎平合剂联合桂红灌肠液在治疗气虚血瘀型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症中的临床疗效。方法选取60例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者,随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组采用妇炎平合剂治疗,研究组采用妇炎平合剂联合桂红灌肠液治疗。比较两组中医证候积分、盆腔包块大小、盆腔积液、子宫血液流变学指标及临床疗效。结果治疗后两组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低,且研究组比对照组降低更显著(P<0.05)。治疗后两组盆腔包块直径小于治疗前,盆腔积液少于治疗前,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组子宫动脉收缩期搏动指数(PI)和阻力指数(RI)指标均显著低于治疗前,且明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率93.33%(28/30)高于对照组的73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05)。结论妇炎平合剂联合桂红灌肠液治疗气虚血瘀型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症更能有效改善患者临床症状,提高治疗效果。Objective To exploring the clinical efficacy of Fuyanping mixture combined with Guihong enema in the treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods 60 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease and randomly divide them into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Fuyanping mixture,while the study group was treated with Fuyanping mixture combined with Guihong enema solution.Compare the TCM syndrome scores,pelvic mass size,pelvic fluid accumulation,uterine hemorheological indicators,and clinical efficacy between two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the decrease in the study group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the diameter of pelvic masses in the two groups was smaller than before treatment,and the amount of pelvic fluid was less than before treatment,and the study group was better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the uterine artery systolic pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)in the study group were significantly lower than before treatment,and significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than the control group's 73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Fuyanping mixture and Guihong enema can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type,and enhance the treatment effect.
