摘　　要：目的探讨屈螺酮炔雌醇联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)伴糖脂代谢紊乱患者对血脂、血糖及卵巢功能的影响。方法选取84例PCOS伴糖脂代谢紊乱患者,按照随机数字表法分成研究组与对照组,各42例。对照组采取单纯屈螺酮炔雌醇治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合二甲双胍治疗。对比两组血脂、血糖与卵巢功能指标。结果经3个疗程治疗后,研究组血糖、血脂及卵巢功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论屈螺酮炔雌醇联合二甲双胍治疗PCOS伴糖脂代谢紊乱患者,可有效调节血脂、血糖水平,还能改善卵巢功能,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effects of drospirosterone and ethinylestradiol combined with metformin on blood lipid,blood glucose and ovarian function in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(Pcos)complicated with dyslipidemia.Methods 84 patients with PCoS and lipid metabolism disorders were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 42 patients in each group.The control group was treated with drospiroone ethinylestradiol alone,and the study group was treated with metformin on the basis of the control group.Blood lipid,blood glucose and ovarian function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 courses of treatment,blood glucose,blood lipid and ovarian function indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<o.05).Conclusion Drospirosterone and ethinylestradiol combined with metformin in the treatment of patients with PCOS with glucose and lipid metabolism disorder can effectively regulate blood lipids,blood sugar levels,and improve ovarian function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
