摘　　要：目的探究剖宫产孕产妇的手术室专科护理路径干预措施及其应用效果。方法选取80例剖宫产孕产妇,根据双色球随机分为两组,各40例。对照组实施常规手术室护理,观察组实施手术室专科护理路径干预。比较两组不良情绪及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组焦虑自评量表评分(45.01土0.81)分、抑郁自评量表评分(46.27土0.33)分较对照组的(49.10土0.37)分、(52.19土0.26)分低(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产孕产妇手术室护理中,选择手术室专科护理路径干预会良好改善孕产妇的不良情绪,避免术后并发症发生,提高护理效果。Objective To explore the intervention measures and application effects of specialized nursing path in operation room for pregnant women in cesarean section.Methods 80 pregnant women with cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups according to the bicolor sphere,with 40 cases each.The control group received routine operating room nursing,and the observation group received specialized nursing path intervention in operating room.The adverse mood and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(45.01±0.81)points and self-rating depression scale(46.27±0.33)points in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(49.10±0.37)points and(52.19±0.26)points(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than that in the control group 20.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion In the operation room nursing of cesarean section pregnant women,choosing the operation room specialized nursing path intervention can improve the bad mood of pregnant women,avoid the occurrence of postoperative complications,and improve the nursing effect.
