循证护理在缩宫素治疗产后出血护理中对减少出血量与不良反应的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究循证护理在缩宫素治疗产后出血护理中对减少出血量与不良反应的效果。方法选取56例采用缩宫素治疗产后出血产妇,采用随机抽样法分为两组,各28例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用循证护理,比较两组产妇产后出血量、不良反应发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组产后1h、12h、24h出血量均较对照组更少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇的护理满意度为96.43%,明显高于对照组的78.57%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理在缩宫素治疗产后出血护理中的效果显著,可明显减少产妇产后出血量,同时降低不良反应发生率,提升产妇护理满意度,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on reducing blood loss and adverse reactions in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage with oxytocin.Methods 56 cases of postpartum hemorrhage treated with oxytocin were randomly divided into two groups with 28 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given evidence-based nursing.The amount of postpartum bleeding,the occurrence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Postpartum blood loss at 1 h,12 h and 24 h in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05).The satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was 96.43%,which was significantly higher than 78.57%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of evidence-based nursing in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage by oxytocin is significant,which can significantly reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and improve the satisfaction of maternal nursing,which is worthy of clinical application.
