摘　　要：目的探讨在异常子宫出血护理中应用针对性护理模式的效果。方法选取120例异常子宫出血患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用针对性护理模式。比较两组患者的临床疗效及安全性。结果观察组患者的总有效率为96.67%,对照组患者的总有效率为81.67%,观察组患者的总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症及不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在异常子宫出血患者治疗中应用针对性护理模式,可以提高临床疗效,提升安全性,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the effect of applying targeted nursing mode in the nursing of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 120 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received targeted nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing.The clinical efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group patients was 81.67%.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<o.05).The incidence of complications and adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing mode in the treatment of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding can improve clinical efficacy and safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion andapplication.
