摘　　要：目的 探讨PHENIX—USB4电刺激联合产后康复综合治疗仪治疗腹直肌分离的临床价值。方法 选取62例产后腹直肌分离患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各31例。对照组接受PHENIX—USB4电刺激治疗,试验组接受PHENIX—USB4电刺激联合产后康复综合治疗仪治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗8周后,试验组腹围、脐上腹直肌分离间距、脐下腹直肌分离间距均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);剖宫产次数、胎儿大小是腹直肌分离治疗有效性的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 与单纯PHENIX—USB4电刺激相比,联合产后康复综合治疗仪治疗对产后腹直肌分离患者的应用效果更好,能有效缩小腹围及腹直肌间距,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the clinical value of PHENIX-USB4 electrical stimulation combined with postpartum rehabilitation comprehensive treatment device in the treatment of rectus abdominis separation.Methods 62 postpartum patients with rectus abdominis separation were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into two groups,with 31 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received PHENIX-USB4electrical stimulation treatment,while the experimental group received PHENIX-USB4 electrical stimulation combined with postpartum rehabilitation comprehensive treatment equipment.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the abdominal circumference,separation distance of the rectus abdominis muscle above the umbilicus,and separation distance of the rectus abdominis muscle below the umbilicus in the experimental group were all smaller than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The number of cesarean sections and fetal size are the influencing factors on the effectiveness of rectus abdominis separation treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with simple PHENIX-USB4 electrical stimulation,the combined treatment with postpartum rehabilitation comprehensive treatment device has a better application effect on postpartum patients with rectus abdominis separation,can effectively reduce abdominal circumference and rectus abdominis distance,and has higher clinical application value.
