摘　　要：目的 分析优思悦联合曼月乐治疗子宫瘢痕憩室致异常子宫出血的临床疗效。方法 选取60例子宫瘢痕憩室致异常子宫出血患者,通过随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组接受宫腔镜子宫瘢痕憩室电切术治疗,研究组接受优思悦联合曼月乐治疗。对比两组治疗效果及生活质量改善情况。结果 研究组治疗6个月、1年后的总有效率高于对照组,生活质量评定量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 优思悦联合曼月乐治疗子宫瘢痕憩室致异常子宫出血获得较佳的临床效果,患者的生活质量得到明显改善,临床应用价值显著。Objective To analyze the curative effect of Yousiyue combined with Mirena in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding caused by uterine scar diverticulum.Methods 60 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding caused by uterine scar diverticulum were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received hysteroscopic electrotomy of uterine scar diverticula,and the study group received the combined treatment of Yousiyue and Mirena.The treatment effect and quality of life improvement were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group after 6 months and 1 year was higher than that of the control group,and the score of SF-12 was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yousiyue combined with Mirena in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding caused by uterine scar diverticulum has obtained better clinical effect,and the quality of life of patients has been significantly improved,and the clinical application value is significant.
