屈螺酮炔雌醇复合片治疗多囊卵巢综合征的有效性和安全性分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨屈螺酮炔雌醇复合片治疗多囊卵巢综合征的有效性和安全性。方法 选取本院收治的116例多囊卵巢综合征患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各58例。对照组使用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,试验组使用屈螺酮炔雌醇复合片治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 试验组治疗总有效率为93.1%,高于对照组的79.3%(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率为3.4%,低于对照组的13.8%(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数、总胆固醇、三酰甘油水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 屈螺酮炔雌醇复合片治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效显著,安全性高,可有效改善患者的性激素水平,降低对患者糖脂代谢的影响,可推广使用。Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with levonorgestrel estradiol complex tablets.Methods 116 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ethinyl estradiol cycloproterenol tablets,while the experimental group was treated with drospirone ethinyl estradiol composite tablets.Results The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 93.1%,which was higher than the control group's 79.3%(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 3.4%,lower than the control group's 13.8%(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of luteinizing hormone,follicle stimulating hormone,fasting insulin,insulin resistance index,total cholesterol,and triglycerides in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with levonorgestrel estradiol composite tablets has significant efficacy and high safety.It can effectively improve the patient's sex hormone levels and reduce the impact on their glucose and lipid metabolism,and can be widely used.
