高压氧联合低分子肝素对妊娠期高血压疾病患者血管内皮功能和母婴结局的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究高压氧联合低分子肝素对妊娠期高血压疾病患者血管内皮功能和母婴结局的影响。方法 选取100例妊娠期高血压疾病患者,根据就诊号奇偶数分组,每组50例。对照组采用低分子肝素治疗,试验组采用高压氧联合低分子肝素治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果 治疗后试验组收缩压、舒张压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组血管内皮功能优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组母婴不良结局发生率8.00%低于对照组的26.00%(P<0.05)。结论 在治疗妊娠期高血压疾病中,高压氧联合低分子肝素在降低患者血压水平的同时还能够改善血管内皮功能,降低母婴不良结局发生风险,值得临床推广。Objective To study the effects of hyperbaric oxygen combined with low molecular weight heparin on vascular endothelial function and maternal and infant outcomes in hypertensive diseases during pregnancy.Methods 100 patients with hypertensive diseases in pregnancy were selected and divided into 50 cases in each group according to the odd and even number of visits.The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin,and the experimental group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen combined with low molecular weight heparin.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressure in experimental groups were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the vascular endothelial function of experimental group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in the experimental group was 8.00% lower than that in the control group(26.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of hypertensive diseases during pregnancy,hyperbaric oxygen combined with low molecular weight heparin can not only reduce the blood pressure level of patients,but also improve the vascular endothelial function and reduce the adverse outcome of mothers and infants,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
