卡前列素氨丁三醇配合缩宫素治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血患者的临床疗效及对凝血功能指标的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨宫缩乏力性产后出血患者采用缩宫素配合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗的效果及对其凝血功能的影响。方法 选取71例宫缩乏力性产后出血患者,依据治疗方法不同将其分为对照组(35例)与研究组(36例)。对照组患者采用缩宫素治疗,研究组在缩宫素基础上配合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗,对比两组产后不同时间段的出血量及治疗前后凝血功能。结果 研究组产后2 h、12 h、24 h出血量均少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗24 h后,研究组凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)指标均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 宫缩乏力性产后出血患者在缩宫素基础上配合卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗的效果较为显著,不仅可以有效减少其产后出血量,还可以改善其凝血功能。Objective To investigate the effect of oxytocin combined with caprost trobutrin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage and its effect on blood coagulation function.Methods 71 patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine fatigue were selected and divided into control group(35 cases) and study group(36 cases) according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the study group was treated with caprost and tramine on the basis of oxytocin.The amount of postpartum blood loss and coagulation function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups at different time points.Results The postpartum blood loss of the study group was lower than that of the control group at 2 h,12 h and 24 h(P<0.05).After 24 h of treatment,the indexes of prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time(TT) and activated partial coagulation activating time(APTT) in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine fatigue,the effect of oxytocin combined with caprost triol treatment is more significant,which can not only effectively reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding,but also improve the coagulation function.
