摘　　要：本文介绍1例重度卵巢过度刺激综合征合并多胎妊娠患者的护理,从饮食、静脉补液、心理、皮肤、疼痛、腹腔穿刺放腹水等角度分析,旨在进一步强化和提升临床护理服务效率和质量。This article introduces the nursing care of a patient with severe ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome complicated with multiple pregnancies.It analyzes from the perspectives of diet,intravenous fluid replacement,psychology,skin,pain,abdominal puncture and ascites drainage,aiming to further strengthen and improve the efficiency and quality of clinical nursing services.
