阴道镜联合HPV检查用于早期宫颈病变筛查的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨阴道镜联合人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)检查用于早期宫颈病变筛查的诊断价值。方法 选取120例早期宫颈病变筛查患者为研究对象,所有患者均接受阴道镜、HPV检查,并以病理检查结果为金标准,比较不同检查方法的诊断效能。结果 病理检查提示阳性80例,阴道镜检查提示阳性72例,HPV检查结果提示阳性70例,阴道镜联合HPV检查提示阳性80例。阴道镜联合HPV检查诊断早期宫颈病变的敏感度、特异度、准确率高于阴道镜检查、HPV检查(P<0.05)。结论 早期宫颈病变筛查中,采取阴道镜联合HPV检查诊断价值较高,与病理检查结果较为一致,可为后续治疗提供支持。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of colposcopy combined with human papillomavirus(HPV) testing for early screening of cervical lesions.Methods 120 patients screened for early cervical lesions were selected as the study subjects.All patients underwent colposcopy and HPV examination,and the diagnostic efficacy of different examination methods was compared based on pathological examination results as the gold standard.Results Pathological examination showed positive results in 80 cases,colposcopy examination showed positive results in 72 cases,HPV examination showed positive results in 70 cases,and colposcopy combined with HPV examination showed positive results in 80 cases.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of colposcopy combined with HPV examination in diagnosing early cervical lesions are higher than those of colposcopy and HPV examination(P<0.05).Conclusion In early screening of cervical lesions,the combination of colposcopy and HPV examination has high diagnostic value and is consistent with pathological examination results,which can provide support for subsequent treatment.
