D-二聚体与凝血指标在妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇中的临床检验价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨D-二聚体与凝血指标在妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇中的临床检验价值。方法 选取80例妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇为试验组,同期来院检查的80例正常孕妇为对照组,所有孕妇均进行D-二聚体与凝血指标检验,分析其临床检验价值。结果 试验组孕妇凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间短于对照组(P<0.05),纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体水平高于对照组(P<0.05);随着妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇病情的不断加重,凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶时间逐渐缩短,纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体水平逐渐升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);D-二聚体联合凝血指标的诊断价值高于单项检验(AUC>0.9)。结论 D-二聚体与凝血指标检验可以辅助临床判断孕妇妊娠期高血压疾病的严重程度,且联合检验的诊断价值高于单项检验。Objective To explore the clinical diagnostic value of D-dimer and coagulation indicators in pregnant women with gestational hypertension.Methods 80 pregnant women with gestational hypertension were selected as the experimental group,and 80 normal pregnant women who came to the hospital for examination during the same period were selected as the control group.All pregnant women underwent D-dimer and coagulation index tests to analyze their clinical testing value.Results The prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time,and thrombin time of pregnant women in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of fibrinogen and D-dimer were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);As the condition of pregnant women with gestational hypertension worsens,the prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time,and thrombin time gradually shorten,and the levels of fibrinogen and D-dimer gradually increase,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The diagnostic value of D-dimer combined with coagulation indicators is higher than that of single test(AUC>0.9).Conclusion D-dimer and coagulation index tests can assist in clinical judgment of the severity of gestational hypertension in pregnant women,and the diagnostic value of the combined test is higher than that of a single test.
