摘　　要：目的 探讨阴道炎五联检验诊断阴道炎病原体与白带清洁度的效果。方法 选取本院接收的60例疑似阴道炎患者为研究对象,均实施阴道炎五联检验及常规镜检,比较两种检测方法对阴道病原体及白带清洁度的检测结果。结果 阴道炎五联检验的准确符合率、敏感度、特异度高于常规镜检;不同病原体阳性检出情况中,阴道炎五联检验检出率高于常规镜检,但比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同白带清洁度检测中,阴道炎五联检验结果与常规镜检比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 在临床阴道炎疾病诊疗过程中,积极实施阴道炎五联检验,可有效提升临床阴道炎疾病检出率,进而为临床诊断、治疗阴道炎疾病提供必要依据。Objective To explore the effectiveness of the five link test in diagnosing the pathogen of vaginitis and the cleanliness of vaginal discharge.Methods 60 suspected vaginitis patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects,all of whom underwent vaginitis five in one test and routine microscopic examination.The results of the two detection methods for vaginal pathogens and vaginal discharge cleanliness were compared.Results The accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of the five test for vaginitis were higher than those of conventional microscopy;In different cases of positive detection of pathogens,the detection rate of vaginitis in the five linked test was higher than that in conventional microscopy,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05) between the results of the five test for vaginitis and the routine microscopic examination in different levels of vaginal discharge cleanliness testing.Conclusion In the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment of vaginitis,actively implementing the five tests for vaginitis can effectively improve the detection rate of clinical vaginitis,and provide necessary basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of vaginitis.
